These terms govern your use of the Wardroby website at wardroby.uk (the “site”). Please read them before using the site.

Acceptance

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this site is

This is Wardroby’s pre-launch website. Right now it provides information about Wardroby and lets you join our waitlist. There is no account, paid service, or app to use here yet. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract and does not guarantee access to Wardroby, a place in any launch, or any particular features or pricing. Anything described about the future product may change.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
  • copy, scrape, or harvest data from the site at scale;
  • submit false information or other people’s details to the waitlist;
  • use the site in any way that could harm Wardroby or others.

Intellectual property

The Wardroby name, logo, branding, text, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce or reuse our content without our permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, an email link). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and linking to them doesn’t mean we endorse them.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep it accurate and running, we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we make no warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Wardroby develops. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
